- Lead and execute at least three full-cycle JD Edwards implementations, migrations, or upgrades.
- Design and architect JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments based on client requirements.
- Perform hardware sizing, system administration, and server architecture planning.
- Install, configure, and upgrade JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including deployment, enterprise, Citrix, and JAS servers.
- Manage CNC activities such as security setup, package build and deployment, object migration, and performance tuning.
- Install service packs, ASUs, and ESUs, ensuring system stability and compliance.
- Administer operating systems (Unix, Windows, OS400) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model (onsite/offshore).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Engage with clients to resolve technical and business issues effectively.
- 8+ years of industry experience, with 7-9 years specifically in JD Edwards CNC.
- Strong knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne installation, configuration, and upgrade processes.
- Proven ability to propose and implement CNC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Experience in system architecture design and enterprise server solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in CNC tools and utilities including OMW, security, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in managing multi-platform environments and databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration and customer interaction capabilities.
- Experience with the latest JD Edwards versions and cloud deployments.
- Exposure to global delivery models and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Relevant certifications in JD Edwards CNC or Oracle technologies.
