Determine the feasibility of adapting the system according to the characteristics of the client's business. Survey, analysis and documentation of comprehensive processes, technical requirements, business requirements, etc.
Validation of Design Models
Interviews with users and suppliers
Review of estimates
Specification of functional designs of use cases
Issuance of procedures
Generate and maintain documentation on operating circuits, systems that allow their analysis and improvement.
Test assembly
User training
Detect the need for new systems or propose improvements
Analyze implementation alternatives
