- Lead the architecture design of cloud solutions for FN projects in APAC, spanning on-premise private cloud, public cloud platforms, and bare-metal environments.
- Provide expert support during tendering processes (RFI/RFQ), ensuring proposals align with Nokia FN's product strategy and roadmap.
- Act as the primary interface with customers for cloud-related topics, ensuring Nokia FN's cloud offerings deliver maximum value and align with customer needs.
- Manage and analyze customer requirements, ensuring accurate communication and alignment with Nokia product unit teams.
- Collaborate closely with the product unit to ensure customer requirements are reflected in product deliveries and solution designs.
- Introduce and apply new methodologies and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of cloud solution design and business development.
- Mentor junior team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to building cloud competence across the team.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud software development, particularly in network management or automation applications using protocols such as Netconf/YANG, SNMP, TR-069, and TR-369.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift (OCP), Amazon EKS, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience in the telecom domain is a strong advantage-familiarity with products such as routers, switches, OLTs, ONUs/MDUs, and Wi-Fi solutions.
- Deep experience with cloud operating systems and infrastructure design, including aspects like dimensioning, resiliency, and ecosystem integration.
- Proven track record in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting cloud applications.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills for complex cloud environments.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, creative mindset with strong teamwork and leadership qualities.
