Roles & Responsibilities: Understand customer's IT status-quo, LOB Applications, IT & Business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and cloud native solutions. Review SOWs and manage technical scope and changes in a client-projects. Create and review architecture and solution design artifacts. Architect and design solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements. Define long term cloud strategy and mentor operations teams to implement the solutions Collaborate with application architects and SMEs to develop overall solutions. Keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights and maintain technical skills and knowledge. Advocate new features and solutions to bring operational efficiency and cost reduction. Prepare technical design documentation and task-level project plans. Be able to provide technical direction and lead a group of one or more architects to address a goal. Participate in customer whiteboard-discussions and document project requirements. Manage client expectations and communications. Identifies, Assesses and Solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of technology OR data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors/situation. Act as a subject-matter expert on Microsoft Azure and assist Sales/Pre-Sales in RFP activities. Requirements: Subject matter level expertise on Azure s diverse PaaS Services, and containers/K8S (AKS) ecosystems. Mandatory Certifications (Any 2+): 70-532, 70-533, 70-534, AZ-303, AZ-304, AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-700, AZ-720, TOGAF, and any other industry recognized certification. Extensive experience in conducting design workshops, and preparation of TDD (Technical Design Documents). Good Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ARM Templates & PowerShell scripting. Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives and growing data services in large or highly strategic accounts. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively. Resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT Management, and Application Team) (1.)
