The world is how we shape it.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions.As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in architecting and designing the end-to-end solutions that align with the customer's business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of solution/system/integration architectures, strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities:

Architect comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and align with the enterprise IT landscape and strategy.
Formally document the system/solution architecture as per customer's standards.
Play the design authority role to ensure that the design adheres to architecture and established standards.
Provide technical leadership in the evaluation, selection and implementation of technology solutions.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop and refine architecture principles, standards and guidelines.
Mentor and guide technical leads and development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advising on their potential impact and relevance to the organization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into effective technology solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, fostering a shared understanding of solution architectures.
Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed architectures and provide mitigation strategies.
Ensure that solutions comply with security, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct regular reviews of project architectures to ensure adherence to established standards.

Strong experience in solution architecture with a focus on designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level solutions.Proven expertise in multiple technology domains such as cloud computing, microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, data management, integration and BI & analytics.Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, design principles and best practices.Proven experience in technical/application architecture in one of the technology ecosystems such as J2EE, .NET and NodeJS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience in one or more IT domains such as Portfolio Management, PLM, ERP, CRM, CMS are good to have.Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus.QualificationsB.E/B.Tech/M.C.AAdditional InformationAt our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
