With over 28,200+ associates, it's the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :Designing and architecting end-to-end solutions that span frontend, backend, and cloud-native systems, ensuring scalability and performance.Guiding backend teams in developing microservices and distributed systems using Python and FastAPI, with a focus on Azure PostgreSQL and other Azure-native services.Spearheading the adoption of Azure cloud services, including AKS, Functions, ADF, and serverless architectures.Implementing secure-by-design principles, including OAuth and Azure AD, aligning with Bosch's security standards.Defining and guiding frontend strategies using Angular and React, focusing on UX standards, microfrontend adoption, and performance optimization.Establishing technical design patterns, performance benchmarks, and governance frameworks for development teams.Actively mentoring engineers and ensuring project delivery meets Bosch's quality and compliance standards.The role requires:8+ years of experience in full stack development and enterprise architecture.Deep expertise in building scalable backend systems with Python and FastAPI, including experience with microservices and distributed systems.Proven experience designing and implementing solutions within the Azure cloud ecosystem (AKS, Functions, ADF, PostgreSQL, and serverless).Strong knowledge of Angular (primary) and React (secondary), with a focus on modern UX/UI, microfrontends, and performance optimization.Exceptional leadership, architectural decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Bosch engineering and compliance standards (a plus).QualificationsEducational qualification:Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech), MCA, or equivalent.Experience :8+ YearsMandatory/requires Skills :
