Engage with warm leads generated via marketing channels.
Present Moto Brother’s services effectively and convert prospects into clients.Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.Client Retention & Growth
Maintain post-sale engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive repeat business and referrals to expand company footprint.Target Achievement
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain ownership of the sales pipeline and follow-up processes.Candidate Profile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Target-driven with an ownership mindset
  • Resilient and positive attitude toward sales challenges
  • Familiarity with Mumbai/Thane market preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, relationship management, or automotive services is an advantage
