Locates or Proposes Potential Business Opportunities,
Identifies & develops company's USPs and Differentiators
Initiates Calls, Visits and Presentations to the Developer, Architects and Engineering Community for the identified projects
Maintains a database of the Project Opportunities
Manages project stages from identification / Specification and ending with receipt of Order.
Coordinates both Internal and External teams to develop project specifications and project proposals in accord with Local guidelines.
Analyzes Architectural and Engineering Drawings / Blueprints to create Solution Proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master Degree in Business
3- 7 Years of similar experience in the, Home Automation, Building, Construction, Lighting, Automation, Furniture, Flooring or Home Accessories Industry
Prior Experience in Specification of projects to Architects / consultants
Experience in Managing Commercial projects / working with key stakeholders of the project / working with Projects partners
Good in Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Networking, Market Mapping and Business Analysis etc.
