Experience Range: 6 to 8Role Descriptions: PnP Engineer - Each Supplier Personnel engaged in Senior Software Developer (Robotics Test Automation) role must have no less than 6 Years of Experience in the following technical areas Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities. Expert-level Bash scripting skills| including advanced use of functions| error handling| pipelines| and modular design. Expertise in Linux CLI tools awk| sed| grep| cut| xargs| etc. Strong programming skills in C| C| or Python. Solid grasp of Linux internals| file systems| and performance-related tuning knobs (BIOS| kernel parameters| scheduler settings| etc.). Proven ability to develop clean| well-documented| and maintainable scripts suitable for production. Experience working with large-scale performance logs| especially from SoC or embedded platforms. Proficient in data analysis and visualization using Excel (pivot tables| formulas| charts) andor scripting languages. Experience executing industry-standard benchmarking tools such as SPEC| Cinebench| Geekbench| 3DMark| GFXbench| Unigine Heaven| FIO| iperf3. procyon| Mlperf. Effective team collaboration and communication skills| including documentation and knowledge sharing. Familiarity with CPUGPU architecture concepts (e.g.| corethread scaling| throttling| powerfrequency dynamics). Experience with profiling tools perf| turbostat| ftrace| Intel VTune| AMD uProfAVTAGMAGT| GPU profilers| AMD RPG| Perfetto| Ryzen AI| RCOM Profiler etc. Exposure to Windows performance tools WPA| WPR| xperf| ETW| PerfView. Exposure to Android SDKNDK toolset. Exposure PowerShell scripting on Windows. Prior experience in a performance lab environment or with pre-post-silicon hardware validation. Experience working with Git or other version control systems in a collaborative development environment. Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems ability to communicate task progress and blockers clearly
