Analyze and monitor production costs of Swiss, India and China Factories
Prepare financial reports and forecasts to assess economic development
Support budgeting processes and cost control initiatives
Identify savings opportunities and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Support Business to prepare Capex Budget
Monitor and analyze project costs and budgets for internal projects
Create rolling simulations of the business case based on available data (e.g., savings, etc.)
Provide financial decision-making support to the project management team
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation measures (e.g., KPI-based monitoring)
Conduct strategic controlling by evaluating the internal projects from a corporate perspective and ensuring long-term goals

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in financial controlling, spent in a production environment
Experience more than 10 years
Proficiency in SAP system and business intelligence tools is a plus
Proficiency in English language and knowledge of German language will be an added advantage
