excellence, operational integration, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires the ability to translate
educational philosophy into measurable outcomes, manage zonal academic teams, and collaborate with cross-
functional leaders to maintain leadership in early childhood education.Key Responsibilities:
Lead academic strategy formulation and implementation across the network nationally
Drive consistent execution of the curriculum, ensuring pedagogical integrity and innovation
Oversee zonal academic teams and ensure effective training, mentorship, and performance management
Design and refine curriculum frameworks aligned with NEP, ECCE, and global best practices
Lead strategic training interventions, master training workshops, and leadership development for academic teams
and franchise partners
Ensure strong governance and compliance with internal academic quality standards and regulatory norms
Develop academic KPIs and performance metrics to measure and drive academic excellence across regions
Build academic communication plans to align stakeholders—internal teams, franchise partners, and parents—with
brand philosophy and vision
Integrate academic plans with business strategy to drive enrollments, child retention, and center performance
Innovate on content, pedagogy, and technology-based learning solutions to ensure remains future-ready
