- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across Consulting, GTM, and G&A functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, craft JDs, and design interview plans.
- Drive direct sourcing using Boolean/X-ray searches, referrals, talent communities, and events.
- Facilitate structured interviews, train panels, and ensure quality, fairness, and consistency.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement to offer acceptance.
- Develop talent maps, market intelligence, and competitive insights to guide hiring strategy.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, prepare and negotiate offers, and close efficiently.
- Maintain ATS hygiene and provide reporting on pipeline health, conversion, and DEI metrics.
- Collaborate with Brand/Comms to strengthen employer brand visibility in GTM/Consulting communities.
- Continuously optimize processes, tools, and templates to raise the hiring bar.
- 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success hiring for Consulting and GTM roles: Customer Success, Implementations/Professional Services, Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting (IC to leadership).
- Strong direct sourcing skills with ability to engage talent from consulting and GTM backgrounds.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and ability to drive clarity in hiring needs.
- Data-driven approach to prioritization, forecasting, and reporting using funnel metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach, briefs, and candidate storytelling.
- Proficiency with modern ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and strong spreadsheet skills.
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS/Enterprise AI environments.
- Exposure to supply chain, analytics, or operations-heavy industries.
- Recruitment experience in India with global collaboration (US/EMEA).
- Experience designing or refining structured interviews and rubrics.
