Position:Sales CoordinatorLocation:Andheri, MumbaiExperience:1 - 2 YearsIndustries:PharmaResponsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports & customer data.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, follow up on stock availability, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm orders, address inquiries, and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical sales.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for the management team. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, logistics & warehouse departments to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer orders
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Capable of resolving issues and working under pressure.
