- Generate new business opportunities in Facility Management services
- Identify and connect with corporate clients (B2B sales)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Admin/Procurement/Facility Heads)
- Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Interview Process: 2 rounds – Virtual + Face-to-Face
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: 24 days/month
- Reporting: Direct reporting to the Director
- Notice Period: Up to 30 days preferred
- Candidates with prior experience in Facility Management sales will be preferred
- Candidates who can attend face-to-face interview in Noida
- 4-7 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Strong experience in corporate / enterprise sales
- Preferred background: Facility Management / Infrastructure / AMC / Real Estate / Services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-driven with strong networking ability
- 30,000 – 60,000 per month (3.6 – 7.2 LPA)
