Role Description- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (B2C Sales) based in Dehradun. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing B2C sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Day-to-day tasks include managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales plans, building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves tracking sales performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting market analysis to enhance business growth.- This role involves Saturday and Sunday working with one rotational off during the week. Qualifications- Strong skills in B2C Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management- Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively- Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to identify growth opportunities- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Experience in creating and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets- Familiarity with using CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems- Previous experience in a managerial sales role within industries such as SaaS, consumer goods, or retail is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (ref:updazz.com)
