- Reach out to real estate developers, promoters, and agents to pitch RERA compliance and advisory services via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting; follow up to convert into clients
- Explain service offerings clearly — RERA registration, filings, CA certifications, escrow setup, and legal advisory
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and pipeline status
- Coordinate with internal legal and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for prospects
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- 1+ year of experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, or a related real estate role
- Proficiency in Tamil and/or Malayalam — mandatory
- Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem (builders, developers, project lifecycle, compliance)
- Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high-outreach sales
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
- Prior experience selling professional / compliance / legal services to real estate clients
- Existing network within the builder or real estate agent community in Karnataka, Kerala, or Tamil Nadu
- Familiarity with Karnataka RERA or K-RERA portal processes
- Category leader in RERA compliance with a pan-South India presence
