Our services span RERA project registration, quarterly compliance filings, CA certifications, escrow account setup, legal advisory, and dispute resolution.We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive who can confidently pitch our consultancy services to real estate clients — particularly Tamil and Malayalam-speaking developers and agents across Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to real estate developers, promoters, and agents to pitch RERA compliance and advisory services via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting; follow up to convert into clients
  • Explain service offerings clearly — RERA registration, filings, CA certifications, escrow setup, and legal advisory
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and pipeline status
  • Coordinate with internal legal and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for prospects
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, or a related real estate role
  • Proficiency in Tamil and/or Malayalam — mandatory
  • Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem (builders, developers, project lifecycle, compliance)
  • Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high-outreach sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
Good to Have
  • Prior experience selling professional / compliance / legal services to real estate clients
  • Existing network within the builder or real estate agent community in Karnataka, Kerala, or Tamil Nadu
  • Familiarity with Karnataka RERA or K-RERA portal processes
