Client Acquisition & Relationship Building- Identify potential clients in commercial, industrial, hospital, institutional, and interior fit-out sectors.- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, Directors, Facilities Heads, Real Estate Heads, etc.).- Convert relationships into PMC / D&B project contracts.2. Focus on Design & Build (D&B) Services- Develop a network within the D&B industry, especially commercial office spaces.- Find clients needing end-to-end design and build solutions.- Pitch AMs as a trusted partner for Project Management & Warranted Price Model (WPM).3. Market Research & Strategy- Study Bengaluru & South India market trends.- Identify high-potential clients and sectors.- Build targeted sales strategies to win projects.4.
