- Lead and oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution and premium customer experience.
- Cultivate a high-performing, well-groomed team, inspiring them to deliver bespoke service aligned with the brand’s philosophy.
- Manage inventory and stock audits with precision, upholding stringent quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain the integrity and prestige of the brand across all touchpoints, from client interactions to store upkeep.
- Build strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing styling advice, wardrobe solutions, and made-to-measure guidance.
- Drive sales performance through fabric catalogue walkthroughs, consultative selling, and knowledge of construction and fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or Fashion.
- 7–8 years of experience in luxury menswear retail, with a strong background in made-to-measure or bespoke tailoring.
- Deep familiarity with Italian fabrics, tailoring processes, and precision in client measurements.
- Proven track record of converting interest into sales using fabric swatches and consultation-led selling.
- Polished communication skills and cultural sensitivity to cater to discerning clientele.
- Ability to represent the brand with the finesse and discretion expected in the luxury segment.
