- Provide a seamless, memorable luxury experience that exceeds client expectations.
- Build deep and meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Maintain a proactive approach to celebrating client milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries keeping the brand guidelines in mind.
- Drive Business Performance
- Utilize insights from the Sales Force database to achieve and surpass business objectives.
- Identify partnership opportunities, including trunk shows, collaborations, and tie-ups to assist the store manager with customer acquisition.
- Customer Engagement & Retention
- Follow customer lifecycles to identify and act on key purchase moments.
- Maintain and expand the client database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Boutique Excellence
- Ensure the boutique reflects Aneka’s luxury standards, working closely with the Visual Experience Design team.
- Manage operational tasks including inventory, cash management, billing, and collections with precision.
- Marketing Support
- Assist in tracking marketing metrics such as conversion rates to guide decision-making.
- Provide actionable suggestions/inputs to the store manager to enhance customer satisfaction and boutique performance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment; experience in fine jewelry or a related luxury brand is essential.
- Exceptional selling skills, with the ability to connect with clients, understand their desires, and drive conversions.
- A client-focused mindset with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
- High attention to detail, ensuring an impeccable presentation of the boutique and brand.
- Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Passionate about luxury and delivering a “WOW” experience.
