Be a trusted partner.You will work closely with External Counsels and Consultants on specific tasksResponsibilities
- Regulatory Licenses w.r.t. IT & ITES industry-Monitoring and Management (S&E, CLRA, PF, ESI Etc)
- Supervising/Managing Vendor Compliance activities(CLRA)/ Vendor Audits & Risk assessments.
- Regular Monitoring and ensuring the fulfilment of the Statutory Compliances under the applicable Acts. (Annual/Half-yearly /Quarterly returns etc)
- Good knowledge on Local/Employment Laws/State Rules etc.
- Handling litigations/Court matters/ Recovery matters
- Doing internal investigations and ensuring accurate documentation. Experienced with Handling Ombuds/Sexual Harassment cases
- Validating/Vetting Contracts, Leases, Real Estate Agreements/Amendments/Sows and negotiate on Legal clauses
- Work closely with External Counsels and Consultants on specific tasks
- LL. B from a reputed College / University
- Relevant experience in managing Legal & Compliances in a corporate company.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills / Preparing reports/ presentations.
- Stable tenure in previous employment
