Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Student Counsellor (Fresher) to guide prospective students during the admission process. The role involves assisting students in understanding the courses offered, clarifying doubts, and supporting them through their decision-making journey.Key Responsibilities: * Provide counselling sessions to prospective students and parents about available programs and career opportunities.
  • Understand students' academic and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
  • Assist in filling out application forms and completing admission procedures.
  • Clarify doubts related to course curriculum, fee structures, scholarships, and campus facilities.
  • Follow up with prospective students to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to address specific student concerns.
  • Document all student interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Language fluency in English and Tamil is required, and Malayalam will be an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.
