- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across diverse professional segments
- Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Dedicate at least two hours daily at the assigned store to engage customers and support sales activities
- Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to enhance product knowledge and drive adoption
- Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal
- Valid two-wheeler is mandatory for daily field operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, independent sales environment
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants); fresh graduates or candidates from insurance or banking backgrounds with strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply
