Job Description:Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies for interior and exterior design services.- Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, referrals, builders, and architects.- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert inquiries into projects.- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.- Plan and execute digital campaigns, brochures, site branding, and promotional activities.- Build partnerships with real estate developers, contractors, and vendors for business opportunities.- Organize and represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.- Coordinate with design and project teams to align customer requirements with business offerings.- Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and marketing performance.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- 0-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior, exterior, construction, or real estate industry.(Fresher can also apply)- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
