About the Role :-We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive with strong experience in telesales, telecalling, and lead generation within the education sector. The role involves managing the initial stages of the sales cycle, understanding client requirements, and supporting the Growth Team in achieving business development goals.Key Responsibilities :-Sales Process Management- Handle the initial stages of the sales process by engaging with potential clients.- Identify client requirements and propose relevant solutions in collaboration with the Growth Team.Lead Generation & Telecalling- Conduct daily telecalling activities on sourced/assigned data.- Generate and qualify leads to create a strong sales pipeline.- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert them into opportunities.Collaboration & Support- Work closely with the Growth Team to develop effective sales strategies.- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.- Coordinate with internal teams (Growth, Customer Service, and Projects) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.- Provide timely support and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.- Act as the first point of contact for clients during the pre-sales stage.Reporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status, telecalling activity, and conversions.Skills & Qualifications :-- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, telecalling, or lead generation (preferably in the education industry).- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and telecalling systems.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
