- Configure and troubleshoot WLAN systems based on 802.11 standards.
- Oversee ticketing and incident management using tools such as ServiceNow and HPSM.
- Monitor network performance using industry-standard network monitoring and management tools.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for Wi-Fi services.
- Provide timely resolution of Wi-Fi-related incidents and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, patches, and enhancements to Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: CWNA, CWNP, CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network certifications.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of WLAN configuration and 802.11 standards.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and HPSM.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Prior experience in leading WiFi operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in WiFi and networking.
