Lead the HR function for the GCC in Mumbai, of a global specialist in integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic servicesTalent Management & Development:· Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.· Design and execute learning and development programs to upskill employees.· Develop performance management systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.· Drive employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and reduce attrition.HR Operations, ER & IR Compliance:· Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, industrial laws, and statutory requirements.· Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR policies.· Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics for decision-making.· Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, labor unions, and dispute resolution, while ensuring a harmonious work environment.· Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.Administrative Leadership:· Manage administrative functions, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office operations.· Oversee travel, logistics, and workplace safety protocols.· Develop and monitor budgets for HR and administration activities.Organizational Culture & Change Management:· Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.· Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformations.

  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist with a GCC
  • Experience with GCC is a must
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.

  • Problem-solving capabilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
