- Oversee and monitor HR operations for all cluster locations from the corporate office.
- Act as a central HR business partner for plant HR teams and cluster leadership.
- Coordinate and track manpower planning, recruitment status, and hiring needs across all sites.
- Standardize HR processes, systems, and policies for uniform implementation across cluster units.
- Review and ensure accuracy of HR data, dashboards, and monthly MIS received from site HR teams.
- Drive performance management processes across all cluster sites through close coordination with plant HR.
- Support cluster leadership in talent planning, succession planning, and critical role identification.
- Monitor employee relations issues reported at cluster sites and provide corporate-level guidance and escalation handling.
- Lead company-wide employee engagement initiatives and ensure consistent execution across cluster locations.
- Ensure statutory compliance at all cluster sites by reviewing compliance reports, records, and audit updates sent by plant HR.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and external consultants on compliance matters, when required.
- Oversee contract labour management frameworks and ensure compliance documentation is maintained at all units.
- Identify training needs across cluster sites and coordinate corporate-led L&D programs.
- Support HR digitalization and HRMS adoption across all cluster units.
- Prepare and present cluster HR scorecards, dashboards, and key HR metrics to corporate leadership.
- Drive corporate HR initiatives, culture-building programs, and change management across all cluster sites.
- Provide guidance and support to plant HR teams to resolve operational challenges and improve HR service delivery.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between site HR teams and corporate HR.
- Participate in strategic HR planning and contribute to organizational development initiatives at the corporate level.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and basic labour law knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle HR tasks efficiently.
