Job Purpose and ImpactThe AHC - Veterinary Sales Advisor (VSA) will be aligned to Cargill's Animal Health Care business in Hubli, Karnataka and participate in face-to- face promotion and sales of Animal healthcare products to Veterinary doctors and practitioners. He/ She must build relationships with Veterinary doctors, pharmacists, and other veterinary healthcare providers, ensuring they are informed about the latest products and advancements. He/ She also achieve sales targets, provide product information, and gather market feedback.Key Accountabilities
  • Presenting the features, benefits, and scientific data of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, including their usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
  • Gathering and reporting market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer needs.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Years of experience: 1-3 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in the Dairy Health / Agrichemicals sector in Hubli.
  • Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi.
  • Graduation in any subject (Science background preferred)
  • BBA/MBA in sales & marketing.
  • Certificate in computer application (MS Office).
