Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle office documentation and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in billing, invoicing, and financial record keeping.
Support HR activities including attendance tracking and employee records management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
