Job Description:Role OverviewThe FP&A Manager will be responsible for managing partner and DSA payout processes, financial tracking, income and expense management, regulatory compliance, and financial planning activities. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination with finance, risk, tech and support teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Prepare loan account-level commission payout workings for partners and DSAs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms

Address and resolve partner queries related to payout workings, invoices, and payment details within defined TAT

Facilitate partner onboarding and creation of requisite reports/processes for smooth go-live

Support preparation of monthly provision files and ensure submission to the relevant teams

Own, manage and track the FLDG partnerships end to end including DLG invocations and regulatory compliance

Manage Yields, NIMs, Opex for the business, liaison with relevant teams to maintain & track the business targets

Manage TDS processes, including reconciliation and refunds

Lead internal audits/independent audits/RBI audits

Support Budgeting & Planning for the business

Track and maintain monthly RoA metrics for assigned partnerships, ensuring profitability benchmarks are achieved

Monitor budget vs actual performance, identifying and reporting key variances for corrective action

Review and monitor monthly Opex allocations, ensuring expenses are accurately classified and preventing misallocation to the respective line of business
