Job Title: Sr. CounsellorResponsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to address their academic, personal, and career-related concerns
- Provide guidance and support to students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths
- Develop and implement counselling programs and workshops to address the needs of students
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff to create a supportive and inclusive campus environment
- Maintain accurate and confidential student recordsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in counselling or student support role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
