About the Role:We are seeking a Performance Marketing Associate with strong expertise in mobile app marketing and proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through paid campaigns, with a data-driven approach to maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (UAC, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).Manage end-to-end app install and engagement campaigns, focusing on user acquisition and retention.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative testing to improve campaign effectiveness.Analyze and report on performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, CTR, and Conversion Rate, providing actionable insights.Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing, app growth, and ad platforms.Support budget management, forecasting, and scaling of campaigns while ensuring optimal cost efficiency.Work with product and analytics teams to implement app tracking (MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust) and conversion tracking for accurate measurement.Requirements1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on app marketing.Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (including UAC) and Meta Ads Manager.Understanding of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Firebase Analytics).Proficiency in campaign analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.Creative mindset with an understanding of ad copywriting, visuals, and user psychology.Nice to Have:Experience with other channels such as TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, or Programmatic platforms.Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies.Experience in scaling apps incompetitive markets.
