Position: Lead - Performance MarketingLocation: MumbaiWe are looking for a strategic and data-driven - Performance Marketing Lead- to scale digital growth across major e-commerce marketplaces. This role involves full ownership of paid advertising strategy, execution, and optimization across various digital commerce platforms. You will be part of a fast-paced, consumer-focused organization with a growing online presence in the FMCG space.Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Advertising Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement paid media strategies across major digital commerce platforms. - Manage Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, and advanced targeting tools. - Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet ROI, ROAS, and other performance targets. - Plan promotional calendars and manage campaign budgets effectively. Analytics & Performance Optimization: - Analyze campaign data and marketplace trends to drive decision-making. - Conduct experiments on creative formats, bids, and targeting to improve performance. - Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights. - Coordinate with platform partners to leverage tools and support. Listing & Conversion Optimization: - Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize product listings and brand stores. - Leverage insights from search rankings and conversion data to improve visibility and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Align with internal teams such as product, branding, and operations to support holistic campaign execution. - Stay up to date with digital marketing innovations and platform enhancements.Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. - Establish KPIs, monitor execution, and conduct regular reviews to ensure high performance. - Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.Key Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods sector. - Proven success in managing large-scale advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign optimization techniques. - Experience managing teams and collaborating across functions.- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
