- Lead the development and execution of the ITSM charter, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Drive projects related to Integrated Risk and Service Management (IRSM), including advisory consulting and deployment of ITSM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement best practices in ITSM, Agile methodologies, and cloud/data center operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of ITSM experts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in ITSM, cloud, and data center management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that ITSM initiatives deliver value to the organization.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding ITSM practices, cloud technologies, and project outcomes.
- Up to 18 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on ITSM practices and project execution.
- Proven experience in advisory consulting and deployment of ITSM solutions, particularly in Integrated Risk and Service Management (IRSM).
- Strong understanding of cloud and data center technologies, and how ITSM processes function within these environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in executing projects using Agile practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of experts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ITSM (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and compliance standards related to IT service delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
