- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring continuous growth and development.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ITSM practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the platform meets their requirements.
- Ensure that the ServiceNow platform adheres to organizational policies, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Monitor and report on the performance and usage of the ServiceNow platform, making recommendations for enhancements.
- Manage relationships with ServiceNow partners and vendors to optimize support and resources.
- Develop and manage the budget for the ServiceNow team and projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 and maximum10 years of experience in ITSM&ITOM, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role overseeing ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or equivalent certifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
