  • Development on Power platform for Enhancements
  • Incident Management for issues to be reported
  • Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3)
  • Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents
  • Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
  • Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
  • Update incident management tool with required details
  • Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required
  • Work on Change requests during idle time
  • Candidates who have knowledge on Power Platform which contains:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps (Canvas app, Model Driven App and Dataverse)
- Security and Roles, Deployment strategies, Design Concept, Accessibility, Power Page
- Type script, Java Script PowerBI, Licensing, Basic programming languages Eg. Java, .Net, Python and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
- Certifications
  • Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon (Badshahpur)
  • 100% from Genpact office / Client ODC
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Applications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script / PCF
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in IT / ITSM project
  • MS Power Platform Certification
