Get to know us at and on , , , and .Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Microsoft Power Automate & Blue prism supportIn this role, you will be developing robotic processes using Microsoft Power Automate & Blue PrismResponsibilities:

Incident Management for issues to be reported
Troubleshoot the issue
Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents
Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
Update incident management tool with required details
Hands-on experience with Blue prism
Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required
Work on Change requests during idle time

Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Applications· Proven experience of RPA development.· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate· Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script· Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clientsPreferred qualifications· Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services· Experience with .NET framework: C#· Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script· Experience in IT / ITSM project· Hands-on experience on MS Power Platform (at least one project)· MS Power Platform Certification· Rotational shift – Morning, Afternoon, Night (night shifts will be on rotational basis)· Work Location: Gurgaon (Badshahpur) or Hyderbad (Uppal)· 100% from office (hybrid or remote working not allowed)Why join Genpact?
