- Design, implement, and document solutions based on the Azure Cloud platform
- Developing applications by writing clean, testable code adhering to the development best practices.
- Participating in technical discussions.
- Participating in the estimation process for proposed development projects.
- Helping other team members with any technical questions.
- Mentoring junior developers.
- Involvement in the recruitment and onboarding process for new Junior Developers.
- Work with our AU/NZ based Analyst/Developers, to discuss client issues and needs, and expand these into deliverable requirements, using clever, technology-based solutions.
- Backend application development (mainly Web APIs) using C# .NET.
- Previous experience in developing in .NET Core & EF Core.
- Previous experience in working with Azure components like Web Apps, Function Apps, and Azure SQL Database.
- Previous experience in development, maintenance, and ongoing support of web-based, bespoke customer applications, ideally based in the Azure cloud.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and a demonstrable understanding of the fundamentals of computer science (object-oriented architecture and design, understanding of networking concepts, understanding of and implementation experience with design patterns, etc.)
