This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with farmers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage supply chain & logistics for fresh produce, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal wastage.Procure high-quality produce by liaising with farmers and suppliers; handle price negotiations and contracts.Build and maintain strong client relationships; manage key accounts and resolve operational challenges.Contribute to sales growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting business expansion initiatives.Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports on procurement and sales.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or related field.1–3 years of experience in F&V industry (procurement, logistics, or sales).Knowledge of cold chain management and handling of perishable goods.Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.BenefitsWhy Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing AgriTech-driven F&V business.Opportunity to handle end-to-end supply chain & sales operations.Competitive compensation with a range of ₹2.5–3 LPA.
