This role ensures platform stability, standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement while aligning with HCLTech's delivery excellence, cost optimization, and customer-first strategy.\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nProgram & Account Management\r\n\r\nOwn end-to-end program delivery for Jenkins and Windows platform services across one or more client accounts.\r\nDefine program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and success metrics in alignment with HCLTech delivery frameworks.\r\nEnsure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of platform initiatives.\r\nManage multi-vendor and cross-tower dependencies (Infra, Apps, Security, Cloud).\r\n\r\nClient Engagement & Governance\r\n\r\nAct as the primary escalation and governance point for Jenkins and Windows platform programs.\r\nDrive regular governance calls, QBRs, and executive updates with client stakeholders.\r\nEnsure adherence to client SLAs, OLAs, and contractual commitments.\r\nSupport account growth through solution improvements, automation initiatives, and value creation.\r\n\r\nJenkins / DevOps Platform Leadership\r\n\r\nOversee Jenkins platform strategy, operations, upgrades, and standardization.\r\nDrive adoption of CI/CD best practices, pipeline governance, and DevSecOps integration.\r\nEnsure platform scalability, high availability, security, and performance.\r\nCollaborate with DevOps COEs and engineering teams to introduce innovation and automation.\r\n\r\nWindows Platform Management\r\n\r\nGovern Windows Server and End-User Computing (EUC) platforms, including:\r\n\r\nOS lifecycle management\r\nPatching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation\r\nBuild, upgrade, and migration programs\r\n\r\n\r\nEnsure compliance with HCLTech security baselines, client standards, and audit requirements.\r\nDrive automation using PowerShell and enterprise tools to improve efficiency.\r\n\r\nRisk, Compliance & Security\r\n\r\nProactively identify and mitigate delivery, security, and compliance risks.\r\nEnsure audit readiness (ISO, SOC, client audits) and closure of findings.\r\nAlign with HCLTech InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance teams.\r\n\r\nPeople & Financial Management\r\n\r\nLead and mentor program managers, technical leads, and operations teams.\r\nManage staffing, utilization, capacity planning, and skill development.\r\nOwn program financials, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.\r\n\r\nContinuous Improvement & Transformation\r\n\r\nDrive shift-left, automation, and AIOps initiatives aligned with HCLTech transformation goals.\r\nIdentify opportunities for service improvement, platform modernization, and cost reduction.\r\nLeverage HCLTech frameworks, accelerators, and IPs to deliver differentiated value.\r\n\r\n\r\nRequired Skills & Experience\r\nTechnical Expertise\r\n\r\nStrong experience with Jenkins (administration, pipelines, plugins, upgrades).\r\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 platforms.\r\nGood understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation.\r\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation concepts.\r\nExposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.\r\n\r\nProgram & Delivery Skills\r\n\r\nProven experience managing large infrastructure or platform programs in a global delivery model.\r\nStrong stakeholder, risk, and escalation management skills.\r\nExperience working in managed services, AMS, or infrastructure outsourcing engagements.\r\n\r\nProcess & Tools\r\n\r\nStrong understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release).\r\nExperience wiKey Responsibilities1. Utilize Jenkins And Powershell To Automate Deployment Pipelines, Ensuring Timely Generation Of Tower-Level Efficiency And Effectiveness (Ee & En) Revenue.
2. Manage Escalations And Crises By Implementing Root Cause Analysis And Resolution Strategies, Ensuring All Tasks Are Closed Within Defined Sla Norms.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated Through Powershell Scripts And Ensuring Compliance With The Agreed Statement Of Work (Sow) For Service Delivery.
4. Enhance Customer Satisfaction Metrics By Developing And Implementing New Automation Frameworks And Initiatives That Drive Positive User Experiences.
5. Lead The Execution Of The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Leveraging Automation Techniques And Self-Driven Initiatives To Identify And Implement Efficiency Gains.Skill Requirements1. Proficient In Jenkins For Ci/Cd Pipeline Automation.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Powershell For Scripting And Automation Tasks.
