The role is pivotal in fostering collaboration across teams and leading projects to successful completion.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with Executive Director (ED) level stakeholders.
Highly proficient in numerical analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (complex formulas/functions) and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
Quick learner with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role requires direct collaboration with Director-level and senior stakeholders across the organization, including Finance,HR,TA all Support and US team
Ability to guide, support, and manage junior team members.
Prior experience in a PMO (Project Management Office) environment will be an added advantage.
Excel VBA automation or any MS office automation will be an advantage .
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
