- Assist in the day-to-day management of ecommerce product features, pages, and user flows.
- Help maintain the product backlog by organizing tickets, updating statuses, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Support sprint activities such as backlog grooming, daily standups, and release validations.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and content teams to ensure product pages, collections, and categories are accurately displayed.
- Help review PDP/PLP layouts, filters, size guides, and onsite search functionality to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Track visual consistency and usability across mobile and desktop experiences.
- Assist in analyzing basic ecommerce KPIs such as add-to-cart rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, and product performance.
- Help gather customer feedback, review session recordings, and identify friction points.
- Conduct simple competitive research on fashion industry best practices, UI trends, and feature benchmarks.
- Support writing clear and simple user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Assist in documenting product requirements, feature changes, and release notes.
- Help ensure all design and development updates reflect business and UX priorities.
- Participate in QA testing by reviewing builds, checking for UI/UX inconsistencies, and ensuring features meet requirements.
- Report bugs, track fixes, and validate deployments for both web and mobile experiences.
- Work with design, engineering, merchandising, and marketing teams to support launches of new features and campaigns.
- Assist in preparing product presentations, demo notes, and internal training materials.
