Work Mode: Work from OfficeRoles & ResponsibilitiesDrive projects from initiation to completion across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.Provide hands-on support in Salesforce ensure data accuracy, improve efficiency, and customize features.Track and analyze product/service usage data with the Customer Success team.Administer commission calculations for the Sales team.Streamline and improve the contract review process in collaboration with Finance and Sales.Prepare and maintain SOPs, documentation, and reports.Work on special projects including data analysis, process improvements, and system updates. RequirementsBachelor s/Master s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.2 4 years of experience in Business/Finance Operations in a high-growth SaaS/PaaS environment.Experience with Salesforce.com; Salesforce Administration experience preferred.Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones.Prior SaaS company experience is a plus.
