Collaborate across functions such as marketing, product management, and support to ensure seamless operations and customer support. Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team, fostering a wining culture of innovation and collaboration. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members, conduct regular assessments and actively manage performance development. Leading from the front driving team performance through proactive client engagement, strategic leadership, and relentless pursuit of revenue goals. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field . Proven track record of successful leadership and sales within the software or technology sector; ideally within a SaaS based business. Deep understanding of industrial technology solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively. Extensive experience in market expansion within the Indian market. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong people management skills and a history of developing high-performing teams. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across geographies and functions. Proficiency in English is required.
