- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 2–4 years post-qualification as a Company Secretary or Lawyer in a management consultancy, company secretary firm, or legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, and RBI compliance.
- Proficiency in ROC filings, maintaining statutory books, registers, and records.
- Drafting and preparing minutes of Board, General, and Committee Meetings, and managing incorporation and other secretarial functions.
- Experience with ROC and FEMA compliances, liaising with RBI/MCA, and preparing representations for external agencies.
- Familiarity with External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) and related filings.
- Knowledge of liquidation and fast-track exit (FTE) procedures.
- Mandatory expertise in XBRL software.
- Strong legal research and due diligence capabilities.
- Mandatory experience in drafting, vetting, and finalizing contracts.
- Reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitoring implementation of legal clauses and commitments.
- Work with multiple clients, typically foreign subsidiaries with registered offices across India.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- XBRL software experience (mandatory).
- Independent, self-motivated, and disciplined professional.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using emails and virtual meeting platforms.
- Flexible, with an open mindset to adapt to changing needs.
