The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Acute Care Management (Mandatory skill) Ability to handle and oversee patients with acute illness and ensure proper care is administered promptly.
Patient Assessment (Mandatory skill) Skilled in conducting thorough and efficient patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (Mandatory skill) Proficient in using electronic medical records systems for documentation and information retrieval.
Clinical Decision Making Adept at making quick and accurate clinical decisions under pressure while ensuring patient safety and quality care.
Emergency Response Techniques Capable of effectively responding to emergencies using best practice techniques to stabilize patients.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified in BLS, demonstrating the ability to perform lifesaving interventions in case of cardiac emergencies.
Team Coordination Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.
Patient Communication Excellent communication skills for relaying critical medical information to patients and families clearly and compassionately.
