- Must have good Knowledge of MAG welding & trouble shooting of welding issues in line
- Must Should have hands on work experience for MAG welding trails.
- Must Knowledge about - Fronius power source & Panasonic robot power source.
- Must Experience in Machine procurement process
- Must Knowledge of Damper manufacturing - outer tube & piston rod welding, Hydraulic assy & Final assy - Tool & Fixture design and manufacturing feasibility
- Awareness and participation in regional customer new model readiness (APQP) audits
- Basic awareness of IATF, VDA, OHSAS and ISO 14001 management systems
- B.E Mechanical in Mechanical/Production /Automobile with 10 - 14 years of experience in similar function in Automotive industry/Auto ancillaries.
- Participate in cross functional team to optimize manufacturing process and Lead from Process Engg for new product development projects
- Preparation of process documents PFMEA, PFD, CP & WI, driving process parameter through process validation.
- Lead in developing new machine, processes etc. Know-how of types of sensors, its application and knowledge of pneumatics required
- Process improvement through cycle time reduction, process capability study Cp&Cpk
- Implementation of lean manufacturing in shopfloor
- Initiating & executing Low-Cost Automation, VAVE projects & Kaizen
