Job DescriptionPosition: Deputy Manager- Process Engineering
Reporting: Senior Manager Location: PuneResponsibilities: -

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience in process engineering within the automobile industry, with a focus on machine installation, tool design, and layout making.
Experience with automation, IoT, and manufacturing 4.0 technologies.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to work in a challenging environment and under pressure.
Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to manufacturing operations.

Critical Skills: -

Work closely with the manufacturing team to develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures that meet company standards and quality requirements.
Design and develop tools and equipment to support production and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful equipment installation, commissioning, and operation.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction and develop strategies to implement these improvements.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Utilize industry best practices and standards to ensure quality and safety of manufacturing processes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in automation, IoT, and manufacturing 4.0 and integrate new technologies into production processes.
Provide technical support to production teams to resolve issues and ensure continuous operation of production equipment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the overall performance of the manufacturing team.
