You will manage and develop a network of distributors, build strong relationships with key accounts, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the wine and spirits industry and a proven track record in sales and distribution management.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.- Manage and develop a network of distributors to ensure effective market coverage and product availability.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and retailers, to drive sales and brand visibility.- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, assess competitor activities, and provide feedback to the sales team.- Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Provide training and support to distributors and their sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to sales and distribution.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the wine and spirits industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in sales and distribution management, with a focus on wine sales. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must be based in Chandigarh and possess a valid driver's license.
