- Sales and Customer Experience Management: Leading demand generation efforts, monitoring dealer performance across various markets to enhance market share, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints including pre-sales, sales, showroom, and digital interactions.
- Billing and Order Fulfilment: Overseeing order availability to guarantee timely billing and delivery of vehicles, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Retail Operations: Managing ETBR processes, executing activation plans that encompass enquiry generation and market coverage, and leading hyperlocal digital initiatives to stimulate dealer engagement and customer interest.
- Market Activations and Special Initiatives: Spearheading grassroots market activation campaigns, implementing special schemes and incentives to boost sales, and ensuring effective infrastructure readiness to support operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with charging infrastructure teams and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operational workflows and support business growth.
- Automotive Industry - with focus on Passenger Vehicles (PV), Two-Wheelers (2W), and Three-Wheelers (3W).
- Electric Vehicles (EV) sector - encompassing experience in electric mobility, technologies, and sales processes.
- Auto Components and Allied Industries - familiarity with the supply chain, manufacturing, or technology integration within the automotive ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is essential, providing a solid foundation in technical aspects relevant to automotive products and solutions.
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred, demonstrating a strong grasp of business management, marketing strategies, and sales operations.
- Consistently deliver sales objectives in terms of volume and market share within the designated region.
- Drive exceptional customer experience standards, ensuring satisfaction from initial enquiry through to post-sale support.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, coordinating with dealers, internal teams, and various stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Embrace a willingness to travel as required to support dealer network expansion, conduct market visits, and oversee activations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in electric and conventional automotive sectors.
